Note: If you need a lifestyle modification to deal with pain, or just wish to live a long time, then you will need to be able to follow the instructions to achieve that change. Sometimes lifestyle modification is easy, sometimes it is difficult. For best results you must listen to us and do what we ask. Lets get started.
Steps to Take
Decide on how much time you would like to have with Dr. Ouellette.
Thirty minutes is a good ballpark to start with.
Pay by PayPal for the length of time that you have decided on. It goes in 15 minute increments.
Payments are in Canadian Dollars until further notice.
Emails that arrive without the words appointment request IN THE SUBJECT LINE will be automatically rejected so please spelel it correctly. LOL If it is spelled wrong then we will never see your email because we have set up an automatic trashing of all emails without those two words in the subject line.
We will require payment in advance before we process your email.
After payment is processed you will be sent an email form to fill out and return to us by email.
That email form is simple.
Just follow the instructions, type your answers into the email, and send it back to us by Reply mail.
That form will give Dr. Ouellette information about you and help him counsel you.
All information is privileged information and protected by the privacy laws of Canada.
We will contact you by email to arrange a time for a phone call.
Once you have paid for your time, then we prefer a 72 hour completion time limit to complete the appointment.
Any appointments that are paid for, but not completed will be refunded, less the PayPal charges of around one to two dollars.
If you are going to be away on holiday then please let us know the date that you would like us to call you.
We will phone you and we will pay for the long distant phone call in continental USA and Canada for the length of time that you have chosen and paid for.
If you wish a private in-office visit with Dr. Ouellette in the clinic then send an email to info@painreliefdiet.com requesting an In-Office appointment. The fees are the same as online appointments.
Before You Request an Appointment
Make a written list of questions that you would like to ask. This will save you time and money.
You will be asked to copy that list in the email form that we will send you if you purchase an Online Appointment Consultation.

Getting Yourself Organised
You can do this. You just have to get organised. We will help you with that. Pain relief is there for your taking. You just have to learn how to get it. We will help teach you that.
