A pain relief lifestyle is not an easy thing to obtain and not an easy thing to maintain. The vast majority of pain is musculoskeletal in origin. Another large category of pain is of disease origin.

Medical doctors are quite good with the disease type of pain but, are not so good with the musculoskeletal pain. This leaves a person on their own with the majority of pain syndromes.
